Memorial forest of the TOBB Forest Products Council in Bolu

TOBB Turkey Forest Products Council planted a fledgling forest near the Yumrukaya Village of Bolu in cooperation with the Environment and Forests Ministry, named, “TOBB Turkey Forest Products Council Memorial Forest.”
Attending the ceremony were Bolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Emin Semercioğlu, Kastamonu Trade Exchange President Sedat İşeri, Forests Director General Mustafa Kurtulmuşlu, Bolu Forest Area Director Sırrı Köstereli, council members and businessmen.
TOBB Turkey Forest Products Council President Ahmet Kahraman presented the Forests Director General Mustafa Kurtulmuşlu with a plaque on behalf of the council.
- Precautions against forest fires complete
Forests Director General Mustafa Kurtulmuşlu stated that they have taken all necessary precautions against forest fires; 21 helicopters, 6 airplanes and that they are working with 14 airplanes of the Turkish Aviation Institution.
