The Casting Industry Council was conducted by video conference, chaired by Council President Niyazi Akdaş with the participation of Salih Zeki Murzioğlu, TOBB Board of Directors Vice President, to make "sectoral assessments on the normalization process after the Covid-19 pandemic" and the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the casting industry sector.​
A presentation illustrating to the council members how the casting sector in the world and Turkey was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic was given by TÃœDOKSAD.
