During the visit, current problems experienced by our border crossings due to Covid-19 conditions and what can be done in this regard; the negative effects of enforcement through the TIR System for companies which violated customs legislation during transportation under the Common Transit Agreement; facilitating TIR Carnet operations within the scope of authorized buyer and shipper operations were discussed.
