Making an announcement on behalf of the civil society organizations visiting Türk-İş President Mustafa Kumlu on his reelection to presidency, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the business world with its workers, employers, employees, syndicates, tradesmen, agriculture chambers and other profession organizations is in great solidarity; even though difference of opinion may be present, when the future and fate of Turkey are in question then everyone moves in unity.
A delegation of the presidents and directors of civil society organizations with TOBB, TİSK, TESK, TZOB, Hak-İş, Memur-Sen, Kamu-Sen, TÜRMOB, TÜRSAB and the Turkey Notaries Union among them visited Türk-İş President Mustafa Kumlu in his office.
Speaking on behalf of the civil society organizations, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Kumlu on his reelection to the Presidency of Türk-İş.
Pointing out that Türk-İş is an important syndicate movement, Hisarcıklıoğlu said:
“In this, we are aware of the success of the President in the past and it gives us the utmost pleasure to see him be recognized by the delegates of the general assembly for his merit.
We will continue to work together in the coming term as workers, employers, employees, syndicates, tradesmen, agriculture chambers and other profession organizations. In this regard we wish him success in the new term. President Kumlu has been elected for 4 years, in which he will be able to bring up the structural problems of Turkey.”

Türk-İş President Mustafa Kumlu, stating that in the past it was not feasible to come together with the said civil society organizations, emphasized the important of inter-organization dialogue.
Kumlu stated that unity and said dialogue would be required in the coming term.
