Mentioning that Tajikistan has many investment opportunities and projects, especially in the fields of energy, mining and natural gas, expressed their desire to see Turkish companies operate there. Ambassador Farruh Sharipov invited TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu to Tajikistan to discuss these matters with the highest level representatives of the Tajikistani government.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed the Turkish private sector’s wish to take more part in Tajikistan. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that if the Embassy shares these projects with TOBB, TOBB will announce these in a widespread manner, ensuring that more Turkish companies take part in the projects.

Stating that the revitalization project for the historical Silk Road and the modernization of customs gates will provide many benefits to Tajikistan, TOBB President added that he wished to travel to Tajikistan at an opportune time.
