“Great Leader Atatürk,

As the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey directors and delegates, we stand in your presence on behalf of the business world of our Glorious Republic.

Our Union, the umbrella organization of the Turkish business world, is celebrating its 60th anniversary. This year, we are experiencing the joy of our 60th anniversary as well as our 67th General Assembly.

We are determined to put all of our energy and efforts into getting ahead in the civilization race and increasing the prosperity of our nation. We have given our word in the eyes of history to provide employment and sustenance to our citizens, to invest more and produce more.

This nation, founded through great sacrifices, is our greatest charge. With the responsibility of such a charge, we will carry this country to the generations that follow us in order to render it everlasting.

With our conviction, our determination and resolution will never yield until we carry our country to the forefront of the race for progress.

On behalf of our community, we respectfully celebrate the memory of all who contributed to the foundation of our Republic. We vow to strive with all our power so that the charge we have received from you lasts forever.”
