During the meeting Ambassador Kulaklıkaya provided information regarding the establishment work underway and requested that the work be sped up. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he is of the same opinion.

The Ambassador stated that there is great potential in the fields of mining, energy, construction and fishing in Mauritania and that Turkish companies should take advantage of these opportunities.

Reporting that THY flights will start on the 2nd of August, Kulaklıkaya stated that there is also potential in the field of logistics. Ambassador Kulaklıkaya invited TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu and a private sector delegation to Mauritania.
