President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated “Project will both solve lack of profession and unemployment problem. People are provided both gold bracelet and pocket money. This is a revolutionary project.”

President Hisarcıklıoğlu called the young unemployed people to apply to gain profession and jobs.

 

Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu defined the Project as a revolutionary and stated while the unemployed army is increasing day by day, Ability’10 project realized in cooperation with Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Education, will help to solve the unemployment problem.

 

President Hisarcıklı also said;

“The reason of the unemployment is the lack of profession. When we ask people “what do you do?”, they say that “I can do everything”. But, this answer shows that they can not do anything.”

 

First trainings, then internship and employment.

 

Training duration will be 3 months and also internships will last 3 months. During this, people will be paid 15 TL per day. And these people are given %90 employment guarantee.

 

Taking the Korea case as an example; in which unemployment was decreased 4 points in 2 years after the Asia crises, in Turkey hope is already created for 20.000 unemployed. The aim is to increase the numbers through years.
