As part of his Adıyaman trip, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Hacı Bektaşi Veli Anatolia Culture Foundation Djemevi and partook of the Noah’s pudding offered to him there. In his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the month of Muharram is the best response to those who want to cause enmity between people. Saying that there is grace and prosperity in unity and solidarity, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that they will never allow enmity to be caused in our nation.

Pointing out that Anatolia is the land of tolerance and harmony, TOBB President said, “Alienating Alawism from Islam, separating us, is the work of those who do not want us.” Stating that differences of ideas are only normal Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Of course we will think differently. If Allah had seen fit to do it, He would have created us all the same. We would all think the same.” In closing, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “This country belongs to all of us. We are parts of a whole.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu was presented with gifts commemorating the occasion as well as an Adıyamanspor jersey. The TOBB President also presented the Foundation Branch President Nusret Tunç with a gift.

During his speech, the Hacı Bektaşi Veli Anatolia Culture Foundation Adıyaman Branch President Nusret Tunç thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu for his visit and said, “This is a first for us. The world renowned Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu is among us.” Tunç stated that a 300 capacity child shelter would be constructed.

Visiting the offices of the Adıyaman Governor Mahmut Demirtaş, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu found the opportunity to discuss the province’s economy with the Governor. Also present at the Governorship office visit were TOBB Board Member Fahrettin Akyıl and Mehmet Ali Kuseyri as well as the TÜMSİAD President Hasan Sert and many chamber presidents.
