TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, prior to the Sounds of Eskişehir 2010-2011 Tax Recordholders Award Ceremony held by the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce, visited the Eskişehir Governor Kadir Koçdemir in his office.​

Taking part in the delegation with TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu were TOBB Board Vice President, TOBB Board Member and the Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce President Harun Karacan and TOBB Board Member Arif Parmaksız met with the Eskişehir Governor, Kadir Koçdemir.

Hisarcıklıoğlu signed the Governorship Memorial Ledger. Afterwards he was presented with a porcelain plate by Koçdemir. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Koçdemir with a plaque displaying a Hittite statue.
