Stating that the Council Members Seminar was a first in TOBB’s history, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “This is the first time that we’ve organized towards all 10,000 council members. This is quite necessary as around three thousand people have attended the seminars in 23 groups until today. With the satisfaction of those who attended causing increase in interest, we have opened up an additional ten groups for the last quarter of the year. Hence, in addition to being the first of its kind, these seminars are now also the events with the highest attendance we’ve held. We see once again that it is impossible to not profit from education, nobody loses out in education.”

Reporting that each group would be comprised of 2,000 people, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Ten groups means two thousand people. Those previously unable to attend should take advantage of this opportunity; there really shouldn’t be any council members who haven’t attended a seminar.”

As a part of the seminars TOBB and its affiliates are introduced while presentations on Turkey’s economy, arbitration and mediation as alternative commercial dispute solution methods as well as exportation are made. Also contributing to the seminars are TOBB ETU SEM “Current Turkish Foreign Policy and Its Future”, “Effective Management Skills”, “Effective Communication Skills”, “Protocol”, “E-commerce and Social Media Management”, “Financial Management”,” “Management and Establishment Functions” and İzgören Academy with their seminars.
