Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that Memiş is a successful and well-liked mayor as well as being one of the first people to give support and adopt TOBB’s efforts in regards to the compilation of the Book of Dede Korkut.

Stating that Bayburt calls to mind the concepts of bravery, honesty and patriotism, the TOBB President stated that an atmosphere of unity and solidarity pervades Bayburt.

Afterwards, Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mayor Memiş with a copy of the Book of Dede Korkut printed by TOBB.
