Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that, this being his fourth visit to Bayburt, it is a source of great joy and excitement to be visiting Bayburt again.

Emphasizing the benefits TANAP, one of Turkey’s most important projects will bring to the region, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We will provide many individuals without a profession in Bayburt with a vocation via the UMEM Ability’10 Project. We will be providing courses in welding. These individuals will being work with 3,000 TRY salaries.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that patriotism and honesty call to mind Bayburt.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, pointing out that Governor Odabaş is an experienced statesman and that this is a great opportunity for Bayburt.
