In Diyarbakır for the Domestic Goods Certificate Promotion / Incentives for Women and Youth Entrepreneurs Meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Diyarbakır Governor Hüseyin Aksoy at his office.​

Afterwards, Hisarcıklıoğlu visited and toured the Mes Oil Factory along with Development Minister Cevdet Yılmaz and the Minister for Science, Industry and Technology Fikri Işık.
