TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu in Kars

In Kars for the opening of the Çıldır Aktaş Customs Gate, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kars Governor Günay Özdemir.​

During the visited, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Özdemir with a copy of TOBB’s Book of Dede Korkut.

Afterwards, Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kars Commodity Exchange, during which he was accompanied by the Minister for Customs and Commerce Cenap Aşçı and the former Minister for Customs and Commerce Hayati Yazıcı.
