“We condemn the heinous attack on Sultanahmet Square”

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his press release regarding the explosion which took place in Sultanahmet Square in İstanbul, stated that the Turkish business community vehemently condemns the attack and extended his condolences for those who lost their lives, wishing the survivors a speedy recovery.
Hisarcıklıoğlu said:
“The heinous attack which took place in the early hours of this morning has brought great sorrow. The message of panic, chaos and intimidation of these diseased minds which hope to achieve their goals through blood and violence has, and will always be destroyed by the conscience of our great nation.
This body of hate which targets human life has failed to achieve its goals and will not succeed. On behalf of the Turkish business community, I condemn this inhumane attack.”
