European Economic and Social Committee President of the Employers’ Group Jacek Krawczyk gave the3 opening speech of the assembly during which the matters of immigration, strengthening of the domestic market, current state of FTAs and their effects on the European economy were discussed.

Also present during the assembly were the representatives of the elected countries which are attending the assembly in lieu of non-EU countries: Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia and Ukraine, making it the first time that Azerbaijan has taken part in the umbrella organization EUROCHAMBRES.

TOBB President and EUROCHAMBRES Vice President Hisarcıklıoğlu also met with the prominent business community representatives of Europe.
