- Arbitration adoption gains momentum
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the mediation system has started to be adopted by the citizens as an alternative resolution method. Stating that TOBB has supported this system from the beginning, he said that TOBB would continue to give it full support.
TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said the following: “Nowadays, the problems experienced in the classical judiciary are known to everyone. We think that it is right for everyone to find faster and more economical solutions. Our state recognizes this right of its citizens; mediation is a system that facilitates access to justice. We believe that our business world needs to make more use of this system. Our first choice should be mediation, not the courts; the mediation is a system that both sides have benefited from and which has protected their rights.”
