Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım held talks with leading finance and business world representatives in New York as a part of his US itinerary. At the meeting with the representatives of finance institutions attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu were Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Berat Albayrak, AK Party Group Vice President Mehmet Muş, AK Party Istanbul Deputies Volkan Bozkır and Mustafa Şentop, Turkey's UN Permanent Representative Feridun Sinirlioğlu, Ambassador to Washington Serdar Kılıç and New York Consul General Ertan Yalçın and President of Turkish Investment Support and Promotion Agency (TYDTA) Arda Ermut.
Later, a meeting was held with company executives and investors. Representatives from leading US companies including Pepsico, UPS, Raytheon, Coca Cola, GE Aviation, Credit Suisse, Accenture, Motorola, Amazon, Citi Group, Deutsche Bank and IBM attended the meeting.
