During the reception, ongoing economic relations and projects between Turkey and Turkmenistan were discussed.

Berdimuhamedov stated he was satisfied with the activities of the Turkish companies in Turkmenistan and said, “Turkmenistan is always open to evaluate international business offers coming from foreign companies.”

Berdimuhamedov pointed out that Turkmenistan is making regular progress in building modern industrial infrastructures, focusing on the infrastructure construction and efficient use of advanced technology.

The latest situation of projects carried out by Turkish companies in Turkmenistan, such as the Glass Factory, built by Tepe Türkmen, was discussed while evaluating the economic cooperation between the two countries as well as how to further utilize the already great potential.

During the reception, the participation of Turkish companies in the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India Pipeline Project, which will make a significant contribution to the sustainable economic development of the region was also discussed.
