Hisarcıklıoğlu's statement is as follows:

“August 26^th is a very special day because of the glorious anniversary of two proud battles in our glorious history. With the Malazgirt Victory of August 26^th, 1071, Anatolia became the permanent and indispensable homeland of our nation. This is a special date which changed the flow of history. This pride that our great ancestors left for us will shed light on us for the future and will be the clearest example that we can overcome everything through conviction.

Today is also the 96^th anniversary of the Great Offensive, one of the most important turning points of our War of Independence under the leadership of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. This great stance against invaders, which is rare in history, is an admirable success not only in our history but also in the history of the world. We celebrate it gratitude with and pride.

I would like to once again share my belief that the entrepreneurial power that constantly develops and produces itself will keep our country at the forefront in the civilization race and celebrate, on behalf of the Turkish business community, this joyous anniversary of two great victories of our great nation.”
