The city that birthed Yıldırım, Fatih, Yavuz and Akşemsettin. The city where the Republic of Turkey was heralded. The plan of the liberation struggle took place here; and now, you are also going to plan how to put Turkey among the largest economies in the world and speak on entrepreneurship.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he has been urging people to become entrepreneurs everywhere for 15 years and said that the way to become rich is through entrepreneurship.

- “Combine dreams with goals”

Stating that countries are now importing entrepreneurs, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “51% of entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley were born outside the US. The solution to unemployment is in entrepreneurship. Just 1 entrepreneur employs 10 people. So we need to encourage more entrepreneurs. When discussing space before you thought of countries. Russia and the United States. Now you think of Elon Must.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out the importance of dreaming for entrepreneurship and said that dreams should be combined with goals.

Stating that the changing balances in the world should be observed, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Every day in the morning, ask yourself 'what can I do new?' We need to train all our young people to invent. New ideas are always in our daily lives.”

Emphasizing the importance of courage for entrepreneurs, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “You must turn your business into a brand. Entrepreneurship must be brave. The entrepreneur cannot bow to fear. You must take risk. You can win or sink. If you can’t take risks, you can’t be an entrepreneur; you can’t be an entrepreneur, you can’t be rich. There is no school for this; you have to live and learn.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stating that he is hopeful for the future of Turkey, “Even with how far we’ve come in the last 40 years, we still have a long way to go. No place for pessimism. We must not alienate each other. Language, religion, whatever their ethnic origin may be, we are one.”

TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Council Chairman Ali Sabancı said that young people should not focus on the disadvantages of their city or the schools they graduated from.

Amasya Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Murat Kırlangıç said that the main source of development of young people are entrepreneurs.
