Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that an issue of the gazette consists of an average of 1,000 pages and contains about 3,000 announcements, and that issues published so far have found 5.2 million pages, thus creating an announcement archive of 17.6 million.
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette has entered 2020 with a new vision, and said:
“In this age of technology where we are experiencing digital transformation, the software infrastructure of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette has been renewed and the website has been made available. The entire archive of the gazette has been digitized. 17.6 million announcements published since 1957 have been made available free of charge just a click away.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu provided information about the opportunities provided with digital transformation in the system, “Designed as a user-friendly and with over 1 million active users, the website of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette can also be accessed via e-Government Gate or e-signature. Copies of the announcements published can also be obtained by e-signed and physical signature.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that parties can carry out the trade in confidence with the Trade Registry Gazette:
“Trade registry records are public, and their availability is ensured by the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette. In this context, third parties' trust in the announced issues is protected under the Turkish Trade Law. The basic expectations of trade are trust, speed and convenience. Designed in accordance with these expectations, the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette website provides more comfortable and fast access to announcements with its simple and easy use. Thus, all parties can carry out their trade safely.”
M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu added that in coordination with the Ministry of Trade, the test work will be completed to ensure the transfer of the announcements to the Turkish Trade Registry Newspaper simultaneously in digital environment with registrations in 2020.
