The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kapalı Sur District Shopping Street Project site and made inspections within the scope of the Diyarbakır itinerary.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu was accompanied by TESK President Bendevi Palandöken, TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz, TOBB Board Members Engin Yeşil and Oğuzhan Sadıkoğlu, and GTİ Co. Inc. Chairman Arif Parmaksız.
