The film, which was prepared for the anniversary of the March 18 Canakkale Victory by Gökhan Doğan Digital Arts INC, brings to the screens a little-known information about the Canakkale Victory. The film focuses on the construction of the Çanakkale Martyrs Monument, which is designed to resemble the letter M of Mehmetçik when viewed from a distance. The sound and music design of the film was prepared by Banliyo company.
TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in a statement on the 106th anniversary of the March 18 Martyrs Memorial Day and the Çanakkale Naval Victory that the Çanakkale saga is the best example of what a nation can achieve when it stands united as one, “The spirit of national fight is Çanakkale. Çanakkale is the spirit that brought the spirit of the National Struggle, laid the foundation, and brought an exhausted and tired Anatolia back to on feet in our Independence War, the first sign of the rebirth of a nation. I commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and our sainted martyrs with gratitude. May the souls of our heroes be blessed. I would like to thank Ata Kavame, President of TOBB Creative Industries Council, who prepared this special film with great dedication and hard work.”
TOBB Creative Industries Council President Ata Kavame stated that he is proud to have lead such a project as the Council, and said, “We have devoted a lot of effort and time in both the design and preparation of the film. We dedicate this film, which we prepared for the 106th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory, to all the heroes of the epic victory.”
