The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu travelled to Azerbaijan with Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan for various meetings.

Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Dr. Elşen Ebülhesenli, one of the 6^th term participants of the “Turkish Speaking Entrepreneurs Program” in Baku.
