Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that real estate consultancy and used vehicle trade are the lifeblood of the retail sector.

Reminding that the Ministry of Commerce first made arrangements for the used vehicle trading and real estate consultancy sectors, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that as TOBB, they are working to improve the quality in these sectors and to train competent and expert people.

Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that through TOBB Vocational Qualification and Certification Centers (TOBB MEYBEM), real estate consultants and members who trade used vehicles measure their professional competence and give vocational qualification certificates to those who succeed in the exam.

- “Over 35,000 citizens have been awarded a certificate of professional competence”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that more than 35,000 citizens have been successfully awarded a certificate of professional competence in the exams through TOBB MEYBEM, and that TOBB MEYBEM and the chambers provide consultancy services for the authorization certificate.

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they prepare their members for vocational proficiency exams with the trainings they organize, “With the project we have launched, we are taking the services we provide to our real estate consultants and second-hand vehicle trading members one step further. Due to the pandemic, we ensure that they benefit from compulsory training which they could not access or complete. Sarınay explained that the content of the trainings to be carried out within the scope of cooperation was prepared by academicians appointed by TOBB ETU Continuous Education Center (SEM) taking into account the opinions of TOBB and sahibinden.com, and that real estate consultancy training would take 100 hours and vehicle trade training would take 35 hours.
