The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a speech representing the Turkish business world at the conference attended by Tatarstan President Rustem Minnihanov and Trade Minister Mehmet Muş as part of Halal Expo 2021 in Kazan.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu, on the other hand, discussed Turkey-Tatarstan economic, trade relations and Kazan Summit 2021 with the Tatarstan State Agency after the meeting.
