The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu witnessed the wedding ceremonies of Alptekin and İrem, son of Mehmet Yurdal Şahin, General Manager of Incentive Application and Foreign Capital at the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
