Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrates Azerbaijan Victory Day

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated Azerbaijan's Victory in Karabakh on November 8th on his social media account. TOBB Twin Towers were illuminated with the flag of Turkey and Azerbaijan to commemorate the day.
