TOBB and Turkic CCI President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, as well as DEIK President Nail Olpak, attended the Turkey – Turkic Republics Economic and Trade Conference held at Conrad Hotel in İstanbul. Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Cabbarov, Kazakhstan's Deputy Economy Minister Alibek Kuantyrov and Kyrgyz Republic Economy and Trade Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev also attended.

TOBB and Turkic CCI President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they established the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the agreement signed in Nur-Sultan in 2019 with the great support of Baghdad Amreyev, Secretary General of the Turkic Council. Hisarciklıoğlu stated that the Chamber soon became one of the most effective institutional structures of the Turkic Council family. “‎You, the esteemed Ministers, participated in this program in September this year. ‎Yesterday, we held a business forum and business meetings in İstanbul with a wide participation. At the Business Forum, we discussed the need to take steps on the following issues to increase our bilateral trade. With preferential trade agreements, let's make trade between us more liberal. There is also a serious opportunity for cooperation between our countries in the service sector. We need an agreement that will facilitate the trade in services. Another issue is standardizing customs processes and accelerating crossings. We must set common standards in customs procedures and make processes simple and fast. We must also abolish transit quotas for each other.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that new projects are needed in the field of IT and software that cooperation can develop, and that many TechnoParks established in Turkey also have serious opportunities for cooperation to improve this cooperation.
