The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Batman / Central TOBB Fine Arts High School, which was built by TOBB, together with National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu, who also held the official opening ceremony during the visit, wished Batman the best of luck with the 16-classroom high school, the hostel with a capacity of 200 students and the gym.

Minister Akar and Hisarcıklıoğlu examined the classrooms, visited the students' exhibition and presented books to the students.
