Emphasizing that Devrek has a special place people’s hearts with Mesut Özil, with its cane, cranberry and white baklava, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Forest products and ceramic industry are also developing and growing rapidly. There is also an important potential here in nature tourism. I hope that with your efforts, my entrepreneur brothers, you will evaluate them and enrich Devrek. We will always be with you.”

Reminding that they will open the Mediation and Arbitration Center, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The long-lasting courts were one of our biggest complaints. Now you will be able to resolve all your trade disputes here, both faster and cheaper. As you know, in employee-employer, commercial and consumer disputes, mediation has been made compulsory. The use of this system has increased day by day. 63% of the applications to mediation resulted in an agreement. The parties parted with an agreement. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that Devrek CCI is an accredited Chamber and offers 5-star service to its members.

TOBB President said, “As TOBB, we put the investment in education first. The only investment without risk is in education. With this understanding, we promised 81 schools to 81 provinces. We have reached the final stage. We are starting to build schools in 153 districts. Now you have the task. You have the task of laying the foundation. We are waiting for the land.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu continued as follows: “In the troubled period brought by the pandemic, President Haldun has been an interpreter for your troubles. He collected your troubles and suggestions. Together, we conveyed them to the government. And 95% of them have been solved. Our duty is to advocate for you.

But our troubles are not over; of course there are problems. We are constantly voicing these and trying to provide solutions. But I'm not hopeless. We have a tremendously dynamic entrepreneurial power. We know that it can survive in all kinds of conditions. The only thing we lack is that we do not work systematically.

Trouble is not solved by fighting. It is solved by common sense and dialogue. When they are one and together, Allah gives mercy and blessings. Don't marginalize each other. Do not marginalize anyone because of their religion, language, sect, idea or political opinion. Embrace each other. If we discriminate, we lose prosperity. We bond very quickly in difficult days. But on good days we immediately fall apart. If you want to develop your business, combine your capital and forces. If we develop a partnership culture, there is no one who can best us.”
