Stating that their main purpose in coming to Anamur is to listen to the troubles and demands, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We have worked with our Chamber Presidents during the pandemic and provided many supports for you. My brother Feridun also became an interpreter for your troubles. He brought us all your troubles and demands. We have conveyed them to the relevant ministers and followed them up and we have obtained results from many of them.”

Emphasizing that the troubles are not over, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “There is more work to be done. That's what we're here for today. What is the situation in the market, what issues cause problems, what should be done; tell us here and we will take it to the relevant places. We convey to the Ministers the increase in our input costs, the difficulties in accessing credit, the high energy prices, the fact that fertilizer and feed have become very expensive in agriculture.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu, stating that the need for working capital of companies has increased due to high inflation, “We also tell the government that new loan and KGF surety loan packages are needed to support them. We expect a new package on this to come out soon. Here we organized an Economy Council in Ankara 2 days ago. Our Vice President and 5 Ministers came. We told them about your problems for 5-6 hours. Remember, this is our duty; the work of execution belongs to the government. Now, we will put what you have to say on our agenda. Together with Council President Feridun, we will continue to follow up with them and work to conclude them.”

Reminding that Anamur Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an accredited chamber, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “In other words, it has confirmed and documented at the international level that it offers 5-star service. They provide the same quality service as Paris, Berlin and London chambers. I would also like to congratulate our Chamber for this vision.”

Stating that Anamur has a new state and OIZ demand, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “President Feridun is following these closely and receives the support of Mersin Municipality. At the request of our President Feridun, we are undertaking beautiful work in Anamur. Now we have decided to build a TOBB School in Anamur. Good luck.”

Feridun Torunoğlu, Council President of Anamur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu for his services. Torunoğlu gave information about the geography and economy of Anamur.
