Hisarcıklıoğlu, who visited the stand of the cooperatives and the Elazığ Geographical Products Exhibition, stated in his opening speech that they came to Elazığ for good deeds and said, “First of all, we opened the Quran Course and Mosques Preservation Foundation of our Commodity Exchange President Ali Dumandağ. Then, we opened the our Chamber’s Biogas Energy Plant. Now we have come together at the opening of many beautiful endeavors.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu explained that Elazığ CCI's e-commerce portal offers its members the opportunity to make more sales and earn profits, “With the fair it organizes, it protects the local values of Elazığ. With Elazığ CCI Academy offers you quality education services. Our Commodity Exchange cooperates with Euphrates University to develop agriculture and animal husbandry. With our Regional Commodity Exchanges, the Green Deal Regional Action Plan is being prepared. Our Chamber and Commodity Exchange are cooperating to establish the Agriculture Specialized OIZ, which will add great value to the livestock and food industry.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu, noting that the Mediation Center helps its members to resolve their legal disputes as quickly as possible, said that commercial cases that last for years are resolved in a period of 3 months.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, reminding that Elazığ Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Commodity Exchange are accredited chambers / exchanges, stated that they provide 5-star service to their members.

“We are working together with both my 2 Presidents in Ankara,” Hisarcıklıoğlu said, adding that Elazığ CCI and Elazığ CE presidents represented their members in the best way in Ankara, that they both carried out activities that added value to Elazığ and brought the problems of their members to Ankara and sought solutions.

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they were looking for solutions to the problems with the heads of 365 chambers / commodity exchanges during the pandemic and said, “Together, we have conveyed these to the government. We also got results from a significant part of them. A lot of support and arrangements have been implemented. However, our troubles are not over; of course there are problems. We are constantly voicing these and trying to provide solutions.”

Stating that the way to prosper is through trade, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “When there is peace, employment begins, production begins. When there is peace, there is trade; and when there is trade, there is wealth. There is a great appetite for investment here.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Turkish people have a dream of 120 years - a dream that was left unfinished 60 years ago. Türkiye's automobile TOGG has undertaken this task. Noting that Türkiye's TOGG factory will be opened on October 29, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “In March, God willing, you will be able to see TOGG cars in Elazığ while they are on the streets. We have always been with Elazığ. We were here on all manner of troubled days. We tried to do whatever we could.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu, drawing attention to the importance of unity and solidarity, said, “Do not marginalize each other. Our diversity is our richness. Don't marginalize a person just because they think differently. Common purpose will be formed from different ideas. Let's act with common purpose.”

Elazığ CE - Fırat University TAHAM Cooperation Protocol and Elazığ CE, Tunceli CCI, Bingöl CCI, Muş CCI Green Deal Regional Action Plan were signed; Elazığ CCI Arbitration and Mediation Center Opening, Elazığ CCI elazı gburada.co.tr E-Commerce Office Opening, Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Information Center Opening, DAİB Elazığ Branch Opening, Elazığ CCI Academy Opening were held.

Later, at Elazığ CE, Members Who Completed 30^th Year, Elazığ TB Commodity Exchange Registration Outstanding Achievement Award, Members with the Most Exports, Members with the Most Employment, Members Who Pay the Most Taxes, Those Who Add Value to the Economy and 50^th Anniversary in Elazığ CCI. Members who completed the year received their awards.
