Addressing the council members at the meeting hosted by Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce Chairman Necmi Bulut, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “You are in the most democratic institution of Türkiye. Our goal is to serve Kocaeli, to enrich Kocaeli. If you have any requests from Ankara, please send me a request. The best of people is the one that benefits people. You are in that very position. You will embrace all those who have not voted for you. We also do not discriminate. The business world is the cement of Türkiye.”
