Hisarcıklıoğlu, who hopes that the new year will be the basis for new hopes and successes for Türkiye, included the following views in his message:

“Despite the recession in the global economy, the Turkish economy decoupled positively and 6 percent growth was achieved in the first 9 months of 2022. This growth performance was also reflected in employment.

This success has been achieved by the Turkish private sector by rapidly adapting to the changes in the world after the pandemic.  

Each new calendar year carries the hope of a new beginning. As the real sector, as we enter a new year, we see the recovery that started in the economy as promising for the future.

In the centennial year of our Republic, we will continue to move forward decisively by continuing production, employment, investment and exports.

We know that Türkiye can reach the days when it is more enlightened, peaceful, stable and when problems are solved. There is no other way to do this than to work together. We are strong together.

On behalf of the Turkish private sector, I wish for 2023 to bring health, peace and prosperity to all people.”
