Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in a statement made on his social media account upon the death of the former Chairman of the Republican People's Party Deniz Baykal, said: “I pray for the grace of Allah upon the former leader of the Republican People's Party Deniz Baykal and extend my condolences to his family, relatives and loved ones.
