Hisarcıklıoğlu, who spoke at the section on 'Mobilization of the European Union to Support the People of Türkiye and Syria after the Destructive Earthquake' held under the chairmanship of Dimitris Dimitriadis, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), gave information about the earthquake in Türkiye, its effects and TOBB's work in this context.

Also speaking in this section were Antoine Lemasson, Head of Unit Head of the Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC) of the European Commission's Directorate General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), and Magali Mourlon, Head of Disaster Management Unit of the EU Office of the Red Cross.
