In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the chamber and the commodity exchange represent Samsun in the best way and said, “I am proud of them. Both are accredited. In other words, 5-star Chamber and Commodity Exchange. They offer services at European standards. They voice all the problems of the entrepreneur and produce solutions. I congratulate our Chamber and Commodity Exchange, our presidents, their administrations, assemblies and general secretaries.”

Stating that he believes that Samsun's share in Turkey's exports will increase from 6 per thousand to 1 percent of Turkey's exports and even further beyond afterwards, TOBB President said the following: “Samsun, which will be the new production and export center for our Samsun industrialists, has completed the allocation of land for the expansion of the Samsun New Organized Industrial Zone. It ensured the realization of this investment that we have been waiting for years. Samsun has become a very important and shining investment center of the region and our country with its additional 4 OIZs that will be operational next to its 5 operating OIZs. Mr. Minister ensured the establishment of the Central Black Sea Free Zone, which we have been waiting for years. Together with our Mayor, he solved the facility problem of Samsun sports. In short, all these should show everyone that the public and private sectors in Samsun are one and together. They are united for the development and enrichment of Samsun. They are also ready to write new success stories. In addition to this, Samsun offers very attractive investment opportunities with its central location, structure suitable for agriculture and industry, transportation facilities, logistics center and port. This is the gateway of Central Anatolia to the seas.”

- Samsun among the top 3 in 87 industrial products

Stating that Samsun is currently the leading province with the highest production capacity in 22 of the 4 thousand industrial products produced in the country, Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that Samsun is among the top 3 provinces in Türkiye on the basis of production capacity in 87 industrial products. Explaining that everyone should see and know the importance and value of Samsun for Türkiye's economy, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “My brothers from Samsun, with the strength and courage they received from the ancestors, continue to shape the future and continue to work that adds value to Samsun. On this occasion, we congratulate all our entrepreneurs who produce and invest in Samsun. We invite local and international business people to engage in joint ventures here, to increase their investments and cooperation. Hisarcıklıoğlu also congratulated the championship of Samsunspor, which ended its 11-year longing for Super League.
