In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that TOBB is the most democratic institution of Türkiye, “When you enter the election, you ask for votes from your opponent. Everyone is elected here, there is no one appointed,” he said. Stating that the information seminars are a very good opportunity to get to know the institution they are a part of, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Entrepreneur means a person who comes from scratch. It means a risk taker. It is a person who dreams, sets goals, loses and wins. This institution consists of you. That is why we are strong. There is no money in these jobs. You give of yourself. But there is a trade in this job. These positions are our opportunity for the real world. The best of people is the one who is beneficial to others.”

“We have 2 important goals: service to our province-district, service to the member,” said the TOBB President and asked the council members to establish a good dialog with the city and district administrators.
