Stating that the insurance sector is the guarantee of Türkiye's economy, Hisarcıklıoğlu said: “We must continue to raise awareness among our traders, industrialists, farmers and all our people. We must offer them the most appropriate coverage and the right policies. In case of damage, we must provide the insured with the fastest and most reliable service. Only our agencies can provide all this. You help people and companies manage their risks and provide them with protection. Therefore, this system cannot grow without you. We have a lot more work to do to grow the insurance sector. As long as you maintain your unity, there is no problem you cannot solve. As I always say, there is grace in unity and anguish in dissent.”

Levent Korkut, Chairman of TOBB Insurance Agencies Executive Committee (SAİK), emphasized in his speech that 2023 was a difficult year with the earthquake and that the importance of insurance was once again made apparent with the earthquake. Mr. Korkut said that the Congress was an important opportunity to discuss the problems and solutions of the sector.
