In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the council members should be people who know their districts in their provinces in these duties, and stated that they held these training seminars to inform them on various issues, especially the activities of TOBB. Stating that the council members who will serve for 4 years are the representatives of their sectors in their regions, Hisarcıklıoğlu underlined that their main duty is to transfer the problems, troubles and expectations of the members to the executive authorities.

Stating that the most important issue in trade is reputation, TOBB President said, “You are exactly where you will be useful to people. If you want to contribute to your province and district, the authorities you are in are a great position. Remember, the best of people is the one who is beneficial to people.”

Drawing attention to the meaning and obligations of the membership of the Assembly, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “These duties are the duties of worrying about someone else's troubles. We know that it is the private sector that enriches Türkiye. Therefore, we have duties to convey the problems and wishes of the private sector."

Hisarcıklıoğlu also urged the council members to make use of social media well and not to marginalize each other.
