Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the General Assembly of Customs and Tourism Enterprises Trade Inc (GTİ), which modernizes land border gates within the framework of the Build-Operate-Transfer model, in which TOBB and 137 Chambers and Commodity Exchanges are partners. ​
