The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremonies of Eskil Agricultural Trade Center, Exchange Slaughterhouse and Meat Integrated Facility, Aksaray Organized Livestock Zone and Livestock Facility, Ortaköy Agricultural Trade Center and the groundbreaking ceremony of Eskil Slaughterhouse.​

In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I wholeheartedly congratulate our Aksaray Commodity Exchange President Hamit Özkök, his management, council and all his employees for these services he has brought to Aksaray and our members.”
