The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Governor Hayrettin Çiçek in his office within the framework of Ardahan program.​

During the visit, during which mutual views were exchanged, Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Çiçek with the book Turks in the World War.
