In his statement on the matter, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Yenice Linden Honey has become our 43rd product to receive geographical indication registration from the European Union. May it be beneficial for Karabük and our country. I congratulate everyone who contributed to this achievement. We have a product diversity that very few regions in the world can boast. As TOBB and the Chamber-Exchange community, we are working hard for local and geographically indicated products. Our work continues on 39 geographical indications and 2 traditional product names that are currently in the European Union process.”
