Mr.Hisarcıklıoğlu was welcomed with great interest. During his speech, he recommended the students to improve themselves. He also quoted; “in order to be successful in business life, everyone should take notes and whoever trusts on his memory will always stumble.”  

He warned everyone that “information” and “knowledge” are the main steps to achieve success. Besides, knowledge was declared as an initiative which discretes the person from the rest. In his speech he underlined the fact that nowadays there is no race among regions, countries anymore, nevertheless the race is with the worlds’ pace instead. He continued with the point that, the world is getting flatter each day and that north-south, east-west is converging. Thus, Mr.Hisarcıklıoğlu drew an attention to the fact that the race is getting tougher. The only factor which will help a country to forge ahead is to increase the number of entrepreneurs.
TOBB President, also advised all the participants to work hard with self discipline and to imagine. Besides, he resitumulated that creating a self constitution of self made principles will help everyone to achieve ones’ goals in short notice.

“Do not be afraid to fail”

M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, urged the students not to give up, eventhough they fail. On the contrary, he persuaded them to start over. He also mentioned the innovative act as a key to success.
Turkey’s achievement in the last 3 decades, from 25th biggest economy to the 17th ranking in the world range was underlined. It was said that, the worlds focus on our country in the last years have increased due to many reasons. It was also recorded that Turkey has the most powerful private sector between Italy and China.
