Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the importance of developing bilateral economic relations between the two countries with great potential. Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu said that despite this great potential, despite perfect bilateral relations the major problem is disavowment among the private sectors of the two countries and said that TOBB is ready to do anything in its power to raise this awareness.

Indicating that both Turkey and the Czech Republic are ideal tourism destinations, Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu underlined the importance of diversifying areas of cooperation between the two countries. Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu also made a brief introduction on TOBB and DEIK.

Ambassador Erginay mentioned the housing programmes in the Czech Republic and drew attention to Czech companies looking for investment partners in the field of energy. H. E. Erginay also indicated the role that the Ambassadors have to play in order to develop bilateral economic and commercial ties.
