Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The meeting was attended by the White House National Security Council Israel and Palestine Director Prem G. Kumar, White House National Security Council Syria and Lebanon Director Hagar Hajjar Cemali and USA Special Envoy to the OIC, Rashad Hussain.
In his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu provided an analysis of Turkey-USA Relations, emphasizing the disturbance the lack of development in economic relations causes.

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the “transformative power” not fully utilized by Turkey would provide valuable experience for the countries in the region in transforming and integrating fully with the world economy. He went on to provide information about a series of projects conducted by TOBB, among which were Ankara and Istanbul Forum and the TOBB-IDB-ICCI Chambers Academy. The attending White House Security Council officials also provided information on their own projects.
